By subscribing to, accessing, or using Luluh Workshop services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Luluh Workshop is an AI-powered assistant for automotive garages, offering voice and camera diagnostics, smart vehicle check-in, 10-point safety check-up, quote generation, digital vehicle records, and a multi-user management dashboard.

3. Permitted Use

The service must be used exclusively for:

• Operational management of automotive garages in an ethical and legal manner;
• Diagnostic support and documentation of automotive services;
• Generating quotes, reports, and records for garage customers.

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights;
• Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized distribution of the service;
• Use outside the context of automotive garage management.

4. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

Luluh Workshop operates as a technical copilot supporting the professional mechanic. Diagnostics, suggestions, and reports generated by the AI are advisory in nature.

The final technical decision, safety approval, and responsibility for vehicle repair or maintenance remain entirely with the qualified professional mechanic. Luluh Workshop is not liable for damages resulting from decisions based solely on the system's suggestions.

5. Plans, Payment & Cancellation

• Luluh Passport ($47 one-time): 30-day single-use access, limited to 15 diagnostics and 150 messages per garage.
• Monthly plans: Billed automatically. Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no penalties or hidden fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, interfaces, trademarks, and technology of Luluh Workshop are the exclusive property of the company. Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

7. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barra do Garças, Mato Grosso, Brazil.
